Luciana Mestieri-Seidl: Brazilian and international law

Luciana Mestieri-Seidl was born in São Paulo in 1974 and studied Law at Universidade Paulista. She is an attorney and a member of:

- Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, since 1998;
- Stuttgart Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Stuttgart);
- Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Germany – AHK;
- Brazilian Association of Lawyers.

She is currently focused on international law between Brazil and the following European countries: Germany, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Italy. She executes the procedures in Europe for Brazilian clients.

She works in business law and private law, including international, family, contract, and corporate law, as well as rights of foreigners.

Her knowledge of languages are Portuguese (native language), German (fluent in both writing and speaking), English, Spanish, Italian (average knowledge) and French.
